Virtual Submission Deadlines
For virtual events, students or teachers must submit the entries 1 week prior to the in person contest date. This is to ensure that virtual judging can be completed in time for calculations and awards on contest day.
Digital entries must be submitted via a Google Form according to instructions that are sent to teachers prior to contest. Make sure to double check applicable event rules for s7bmission guidelines.

2025 Virtual Submission Guidelines & Instructions
Virtual Submission Events at a Glance: (Click link. These events will remain “virtual” events indefinitely.)
This document contains all of the digitally submitted events in one place. You can also find the rules and individual critique sheets in their respective categories under the “Rules” tab.
Consent & Liability Form
For all digital submissions for virtual events, we are requiring those students to have a Consent and Liability form on file (much like the one for the Promotional Video Contest). Teachers should pay attention to emails from the director for specific instructions on submission, but you will likely either combine all signed forms into one PDF document to share with the director, or share a Google folder containing all individual forms.
